This event is in its 24th year and has raised over $1,000,000 for the United Way in Kelowna. Founder, Maxine DeHart is also a Kelowna City Councilor and the Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre, where she is also employed has hosted the event for the entire 24 years. It’s a fun event that starts at 6:00 a.m. and ends at 9:00 a.m. Citizens Drive-Thru the Ramada Hotel & purchase by donation a bag filled with all sorts of breakfast items. The bags are filled with much more than just breakfast food items as there are hundreds of grand prizes hidden in random bags. Global TV has been a sponsor of this event for many years.
