Get ready to pedal with purpose and make a real impact on lung health! By joining us, you’re supporting innovative research for the one in five British Columbians affected by lung disease. With routes spanning 50km, 100km and 200km across 2 days through the beautiful Tsawwassen, Delta, Ladner and White Rock, this is a fully catered and supported ride promising to deliver you a fun and fulfilling weekend. 2024 also marks our 40th year of The Ride (formerly Trek) and we are excited to debut our Ride Festival, featuring tantalizing food trucks, a refreshing beer garden, jaw dropping stunt shows, a variety of local vendors, live music and more to help us celebrate four decades of pedaling with purpose!
