Alex Fraser Bridge shut down as maintenance workers tackle ice bombs
City maintenance workers scaled the Alex Fraser Bridge on Jan. 6 to remove ice bombs following Metro Vancouver’s latest snowfall. The bridge was shut down mid-day Thursday in both directions for what Drive BC called “winter operations.”
