Video submitted to Global News shows a car engulfed in flames next to the cadet camp in Vernon Friday morning. According to the RCMP, the car went across the highway and down an embankment before it burst into flames. RCMP are now looking to locate the driver as the car was unoccupied by the time emergency responders arrived on scene.
