Tue, Feb 16: First responders deal with traumatic situations all of the time as part of their job. Talking about those experiences and getting help has not always been the nom. Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services is hoping to change the sigma by launching a new mental wellness program for its members. Grace Ke reports.
