3-month-old Duncan is unlike any puppy you’ve seen before. The baby boxer, born with severely deformed back legs, came from Colorado to a Vancouver, Washington animal rescue centre, Panda Paws Rescue, which specializes in helping special needs dogs.
On Tuesday, little Duncan had surgery to remove his hind legs. Within hours of the double amputation, Duncan was up and walking around on his front legs. “The only things those were doing were creating weight and contortion on his spine so without them, he has nothing holding him back so he’s just ready to go.” said Amanda Giese from Panda Paws Rescue.
