UPDATED: Highway 102 re-opened after jackknifed truck hits 3 vehicles

HALIFAX – A section of Nova Scotia’s Highway 102 near Halifax was closed Thursday morning after a tractor trailer jackknifed and struck three vehicles.

Police said nobody was seriously injured in the accident.

The highway was closed between exit 4C and the Fall River exit to allow a large tow truck to move the tractor trailer.

The cause of the accident is being investigated.
