WATCH: Storm damage being assessed

KELOWNA, B.C. — Some Kelowna residents are wondering what him them after a violent storm rolled through various parts of the city Monday. The heaviest damage is in South East Kelowna where hail stones were bouncing off the rooftops like popcorn. The storm lasted for about 10 minutes — long enough to knock down large trees (see video) and damage crops. Parts of the Glenmore area were also hit by the storm. The president of the BC Fruit Growers Association is in town assessing the damage.
