Young Canadians are at risk of being recruited, says former Al-Shabaab member

Mohamned Abdullahi Mohamed was born in Somalia but grew up in Canada. He says he is one of several Canadians who fought alongside Al- Shabaab, Al- Qaeda’s affiliate in Somalia. Mohamed says propaganda from terrorist organizations, such as Al- Qaeda, targets young people who are educated, alienated and frustrated.
