Wanted man still at large

The search continues for a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for parole violation who walked away from a halfway house in Kelowna.
On May 26, Phillip Lee Lyons, 37, walked away from his halfway house. He has been unlawfully at large since.
He was serving an eight-year sentence for robbery, possession of a weapon obtained by the commission of an offense, theft under $5,000 and failure to attend court.
Kelowna RCMP say Lyons is known in the Okanagan but had been talking about returning to New Brunswick. If he did travel back to New Brunswick, police believe he would most likely either be in Fredericton or Doaktown.
Lyons has not had contact with his family, which police say is unusual.
He is described as Caucasian, 5’10″ tall and 223 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos of tribal systems on his left shoulder. He has also a tattoo of “Sabrina”, a tribal symbol surrounding an eye and “FTC” on his left forearm and a tattoo of skull art on his right shoulder.
