The Gardiner Expressway is often in need of repair. The graphic below shows the locations of problems flagged by city officials from 2009 to the fall of 2012, over 400 issues in total.
Information for this graphic was obtained through a Freedom of Information request to the City of Toronto. Global News then analyzed the thousands of pages of documents, picking out incidents where concrete was expected to fall, as well as other important issues.
