A 30-year-old man was killed and a woman was injured following a single-vehicle crash in Halton Hills early Thursday morning.
The collision happened just before 1 a.m. near the area of 5 Side Road and 5th Line.

Halton police said the male driver lost control of the vehicle, struck a pole and flipped onto its roof.
The male was pronounced dead at the scene and a 23-year-old woman from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
