The Saskatchewan NDP held their annual convention this weekend in Saskatoon, the first since the provincial election in April.
Delegates were told they need to win back the trust of voters and build for the next election in 2020.

The party took just 10 seats in April’s election, while the Saskatchewan party took 51.
Interim leader Trent Wotherspoon told delegates that provincial funding cuts are hurting the most vulnerable, and he wants cuts to education, hospitals and mental health services reversed.
Resolutions focused on cracking down on impaired driving, not selling SaskTel and putting stronger regulations on oil pipelines.
