Weather forecast update at 5am:
A series of systems will start to move inland today, bringing rain to the area this morning, with a brief break this afternoon.
An upper low over the Pacific will continue to usher one system after another into Southern BC. Expect periods of rain on and off from now until the weekend.
Freezing levels will be between 1800 and 2300m over the next several days, and wet snow will be possible at highway summits.
