People with disabilities have won back some financial relief following a decision earlier this year to hike bus pass fees.
In its last budget the provincial government announced an extra $77 per month in benefits for people with disabilities.

But that increase was offset by an increase in the cost of a bus pass.
It went up to $52 a month, plus an annual $45 administration fee.
Following community input, the province has decided to eliminate that annual administration fee.
