Okanagan weekend forecast

Friday, June 17, 2016 – Weather forecast update at 4:30pm:

After a nice end to the work week we will see a pattern change this weekend.

An upper low will track into our region from Washington State, bringing increasing clouds and showers. The showers will move in from the south with the southern areas getting wet by midday. The northern regions will see showers move in by the afternoon.

Breaking news from Canada and around the world sent to your email, as it happens.

When the low exits our region, we will gradually dry out on Sunday.

An upper ridge returning to the Pacific Northwest will bring a warm and sunny start to the work week.

This weekend’s daytime high range:  12 to 22C (with the warmer temps occurring on Sunday)

We will have the rest of your weather details coming up at 5 and 6:30 and 11pm –
