One person was taken to hospital following a 2-alarm fire in west-end Toronto Friday morning.
Emergency personnel were called to the scene just after 8 a.m. for a blaze on the 2nd floor of a building.

Toronto Fire Services say 12 trucks and 45 firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was under control just before 9 a.m. but one person was taken to hospital with unknown injuries, police say.
There no word yet on the cause of the fire.
