SASKATOON – Could you fit all of your work into a 6-hour workday? Several companies in Sweden have moved to the condensed workdays, with glowing results.

Employees still accomplish the same amount of work, and in some cases productivity has actually gone up. Some employers have seen improvements in their employees overall well-being as well as fewer work related conflicts.
To compensate for the lost two hours, ‘unnecessary meetings’ and socialization are cut out.
