An 18-year-old is facing charges and a hefty fine after speeding during a snow storm.
Manitoba RCMP pulled the teen over on the TransCanada near Brandon Thursday afternoon. Police said he was clocked travelling 190 km/h in a 110 km/h zone.
At the time there was a winter storm with blowing snow and poor visibility.

He was charged with dangerous driving, which would lead to a criminal record. He was also issued a $1228.75 speeding ticket.
