A glimpse into Kelowna’s downtown civic block

Kelowna council has taken a look into the future and likes what it sees. It has endorsed a consultant’s report that will serve as a roadmap on how the city’s civic block will take shape over the next two decades. The report calls for some facilities to be moved, while others will be getting a complete make-over. But it’s going to cost money and that’s why the city will be looking to the private sector to help make it happen. Kelly Hayes reports.
