Cyclist rushed to hospital after crash on Manitoba Avenue

WINNIPEG – A female cyclist is in unstable condition after an SUV crashed into her on Thursday Morning.

The collision happened on Manitoba Avenue and McNichol Street just before 8:00 a.m.

A witness on scene told Global News the cyclist ran a stop sign when the vehicle hit her. The witness also said a fight broke out after the crash.

Police said two people have been taken into custody.
