Entertainment magazine Vanity Fair was blasted on social media Monday for tweeting a “non-diverse” photo of late night television hosts.

The magazine sent the tweet around noon on Monday.

The photo shows Stephen Colbert, Conan O’Brien, Trevor Noah, James Corden, Jimmy Kimmel, John Oliver, Seth Meyers, Larry Wilmore, Jimmy Fallon, and Bill Maher dressed in suits sipping on beverages.

So what’s missing?

Social media users were quick to point out the lack of diversity in the photo.

The Vanity Fair article, written by David Kamp, talks about the changes within the last few years in late-night comedy. The article also points out that women are still missing from late-night TV.

“How gobsmackingly insane is it that no TV network has had the common sense—and that’s all we’re talking about in 2015, not courage, bravery, or even decency—to hand over the reins of an existing late-night comedy program to a female person?,” reads a portion of the article.

The article also points out that Samantha Bee and Chelsea Handler both have new shows due out in 2016.
