WATCH ABOVE: A 20-year-old student from Massachusetts was caught on cellphone camera pushing a woman off a garage roof at an off-campus party.
A Bridgewater State University student has been arrested for allegedly pushing a female off a roof at an off-campus party Sunday.
Cellphone footage shows a woman on top of a garage roof and a man coming up behind her. He then pushes her into a crowd of around 200 students below.
It was about a three-metre drop, according to WHDH News.
Police believe the suspect is student Alexander Marquez, 20.
Marquez was charged on Monday with assault and disorderly conduct and held on $5,000 bail.
The alleged victim was uninjured other than some bruising.
It’s not known what may have incited Marquez to allegedly push the female student off the roof, but the investigation is ongoing.
Marquez is expected to appear in court on Sept. 17.
