Young man charged in deadly Monterey Park shooting

CALGARY – Police have released the identity of a man charged in the city’s 16^th homicide of 2015.

On Wednesday, police charged 20-year-old Said Raed Abdulbaki with the second-degree murder of 27-year-old David Quach.

Quach was shot to death in the 7000 block of California Blvd. N.E. on Saturday, August 22.
