Parade to kick off 2015 Saskatoon Ex

SASKATOON – Six days of entertainment starts on Tuesday. The Saskatoon Exhibition is the city’s biggest summer event with tens of thousands of people taking in live performances, thrilling rides and interesting carnival food.

Marianas Trench, Hedley, Dean Brody and Burton Cummings are some of the Canadian musical acts booked this year.

The Ex will kick off with a parade that starts at 10 a.m. Floats, bands and clowns will make their way around downtown Saskatoon for everyone to see.

In 2014, the Ex attracted 219,281 people. The record attendance for the annual event was set in 2012 with 221,156 showing up.
