TORONTO — Reality TV star Kylie Jenner will celebrate her 18th birthday in Quebec, where she will be legally allowed to toast the occasion.

Jenner, the youngest daughter of Caitlyn Jenner and Kris Jenner, turns 18 on Aug. 10 and will make her way to Beachclub in Pointe-Calumet — about 45 minutes northwest of Montreal — on Aug. 16.

According to its website, the outdoor club wanted to give the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star “the opportunity to party, and drink legally.”

Beachclub promises “many special guests and great surprises.”

Tickets for Jenner’s party are priced from $40 to $150.

Jenner has a massive social media following — nearly 31 million followers on Instagram and 10.6 million on Twitter as well as 7.4 million “likes” on Facebook.

News of Jenner’s Canadian birthday celebration comes a day after the New York Post speculated that the teen is “destined for a breakdown.”

Lindsay Putnam wrote that Jenner’s “headline-making antics seem to have accelerated at a record-setting pace.”

She added: “The last time we saw a young celeb behaving this erratically was when Amanda Bynes threw a bong out a window and tweeted that she wanted Drake to ‘murder [her] vagina’ — and we all know how that turned out.”

The Post quoted several experts predicting Jenner will have a meltdown.

“The impulsivity, the recklessness,” said Daniel Bober, founder of Psychiatric Consultants of Florida. “All you have to do is add some drugs and alcohol and I think you have a potential disaster on the horizon.”
