MONTREAL – Mayor Denis Coderre and Quebec’s Transport Minister Robert Poeti were on hand Sunday to announce financial support for the Quartier de l’Innovation de Montreal (QI).
The QI will receive $600, 000 over the next three years.

Located in Griffintown, the goal of QI is to make Montreal a hub for innovation.
By joining forces, the École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS), McGill University and Concordia University, hope to maximize business opportunities and create a network whereby organizations, researchers and citizens can come together and enhance Montreal’s potential for creativity and innovation.
