REGINA – A Manitoba man has been charged after a collision east of Regina sent four people to hospital.
RCMP say the crash happened early Wednesday evening on the Trans-Canada Highway at Balgonie when an eastbound sport utility vehicle turning left into the community collided with a westbound vehicle.

The 48-year-old Manitoban has been charged with failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
