Apartment and condo mangers, dealing with complaints, are turning to DNA testing to identify cultprits who don’t clean up after their pets. The practice is becoming popular in Seattle, and has yielded dramatic results, according to one property manager.
First, you register the DNA of all dogs in the community. The second step is to collect a sample of feces and send it to the lab for matching.
