With above-zero temperatures in the forecast for much of the Maritimes in the coming days, the snow and ice that have wreaked havoc this winter will begin to quickly melt. At 6:45am our friends from MacLeod Lorway Insurance will be by with some helpful tips on how to prevent your home from flood damage.

Halifax RCMP is looking for your feedback on how the force is doing and where its headed in the future. The force has already held public consultations in places like Timberlea and Lower Sackville, their next stop is Monday in Cole Harbour. At 7:15am we talk with the man in charge of the Halifax RCMP detachment Chief Superintendent Roland Wells about these consultation and what he hopes to improve.

On top of that we’ll have Chef Miranda Christmas from Sobey’s in to prepare a dish using local veggies during the interview!
