TORONTO – A high-speed police chase in Dallas ended after a robbery suspect slammed his vehicle into a van which then led to a fight between the two motorists.
The incident happened Wednesday, after a man allegedly carjacked a white Dodge Challenger and led police on a high-speed pursuit.
After a 20-minute chase, Artrai Alexander slammed the Challenger into a minivan stopped at a red light. Three occupants of the van jumped out and confronted him while he attempted to flee the scene.
In the video, a woman is seen wrestling the suspect to the ground as police arrived.
Two people were taken to hospital as a result of the crash.
Alexander faces pending charges of aggravated robbery and hit-and-run.
