Weather update: Friday January 23rd 5am
Early morning flurries are possible today but then there will be a short break. By the afternoon, the next wave of precipitation will move into our region.
Determining the type of precip is tricky as temperatures continue to be on both sides of freezing depending on elevation and location. Most valley base areas will see rain, however isolated pockets of mixed precipitation is possible.
We will see the showers decrease by Saturday afternoon, and temperatures will be at least several degrees above freezing for some areas by Sunday.
We will return to a drier and brighter weather pattern by the end of the weekend.
Today ‘s daytime high range: 0 to 5C
