SASKATOON – A crash on Circle Drive in Saskatoon Monday morning has sent a woman to hospital. The single-vehicle crash happened just after 10:15 a.m. when a southbound car struck a light pole near the 22nd Street exit.

It took firefighters eight minutes to remove the trapped woman from the car, which struck the pole on the passenger side. She was taken to hospital with unknown injuries.
Traffic restrictions are in place as Saskatoon police investigate the cause of the crash.
