After months of construction, the new adult-only Cineplex VIP Cinemas at Scotiabank Theatre in downtown Saskatoon is finally ready to go. The theatre opens Friday, showing Taken 3, The Imitation Game and American Sniper, each for the price of $21.
The experience promises to take going out to the movies to a whole new level, offering not only popcorn and pop, but a VIP menu featuring calamari, flatbread pizzas and wraps. There is also a special drink menu that includes beer, wine and cocktails.
Other perks include leather recliners, reserved seating and service up until the movie begins.
