Curry Lime Marinade
Yields 1 litre
.5 cup blended curry powder
.5 cup lime juice
.25 cup red wine vinegar
.25 cup white sugar
2 tabl minced garlic
.5 bunch cilantro, stems removed up to leafy part
.25 liter canola oil
to taste salt & black pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend for approx. 1 min. It should be fully emulsified and smooth.
