SASKATOON – A man found injured last week in Saskatoon’s Caswell Hill neighbourhood passed away on Oct. 19 in hospital.

Initial investigation conducted by the Saskatoon police major crime and forensic identification units found that foul play was not a factor.

At around 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 17, patrol officers were called to the area of Avenue E North and 30th Street West for a report of an intoxicated person.

An unresponsive 51-year-old man was found and taken to hospital where his condition was determined to be critical.

The investigation has been turned over to the office of the chief coroner.
