Saskatoon police look into hit and run on Idylwyld

SASKATOON – Members of the Saskatoon Police Service continue to investigate a hit and run that occurred on the Thanksgiving long weekend.

At around 3 a.m. on Sunday, officers were called to a pedestrian collision in the 1000-block of Idylwyld Drive North.

Investigators determined a male pedestrian had been struck by a southbound vehicle which then fled the scene.

The man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The offending vehicle is described as a small, white SUV or truck, with no licence plate available.
