Okanagan Forecast: Cold Front Crosses our Region Wednesday

Weather update: Tuesday Sept 23rd 4pm

The first significant Fall weather system will keep showers in our forecast over the next couple of days.

A cold front pushes across our region on Wednesday, and although there is chance of a mini sunny break late in the afternoon in the wake of the cold front, expect showers on and off in the morning and early afternoon.

The chance of showers will continue on Thursday as the low over the Pacific keeps a moist southwesterly flow over our region.

A slightly drier trend is in store on Friday when the system starts to weaken, but showers return late Saturday when another system to the south of us tracks closer to BC.

Wednesday’s High: 16 to 21C
