On Saturday, August 16, 2014, Anthony Farnell, Chief Meteorologist for Global News hosted Splash Festival’s second-annual Beach Bash. The event took place at De La Salle Park in Jackson’s Point on Lake Simcoe.

Festival-goers enjoyed delicious local food, entertainment and other family-friendly activities. The Global News tent featured colouring for kids and a photo booth. Storm, The Weather Dog, was by Anthony’s side throughout the day.
