Just before 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning, a motor collision involving a cyclist was reported.
Emergency crews responded to the area of Stapon Road and Regent Avenue.
An man was found and taken to hospital in unstable condition. He later died of his injuries.

Police say the initial investigation reveals the cyclist, travelling south across Regent, was struck by the vehicle travelling east.
Alcohol and speed are not considered factors in this crash.
The city’s traffic unit are continuing the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact Winnipeg police.
