MONTREAL – Quebec plans to invest $4.9 billion in road networks throughout the province over the next two years, including $1.4 billion in the Montreal area.
Most of these funds will go to the maintenance of roads and infrastructure, Transport Minister, Robert Poëti, said on Monday morning.
