WEST KELOWNA, B.C. – A high angle rescue team converged at Royal LePage Arena to rescue two teenage boys who needed help getting off the cliffs immediately behind the complex.

It’s not clear how the pair became stuck on the cliffs of Mount Boucherie.
It appears one of the teens used a cell phone to call emergency crews.

The high angle rescue team secured repelling ropes from above the cliff to reach the two boys. They harnessed them up, and walked them down safely.

Mount Boucherie is popular with hikers.
