TORONTO – After months of dreary, snowy, cold weather it’s finally here: spring weather.
After Wednesday, southern Ontario can expect the mercury to climb above zero — and for good. Though there are no guarantees, and there’s always a chance that Mother Nature could throw us a curve ball, at least it won’t be the norm.
There is a down side, however: rain.
Thursday, Toronto can expect a high of around 4 C, with a chance of some mixed precipitation. Friday will be even warmer, with a high of closer to 9 C… but with rain.

Still, at least it’s closer to the normal seasonal high of 7 C.
The weather will continue to remain above 0 C until Sunday, when temperatures will be close to 7 C.
We can all breathe a sigh of relief as spring has finally sprung.
