If you work in an office setting, or enjoy spending time on your computer or watching tv, you probably do a lot of sitting.  If you also work activity into your day, you probably think you’re doing OK, but Travis Saunders of Dalhousie University’s Department of Medicine says you’re wrong.  He’ll explain why sitting is killing us at 6:45.

Halifax City Council is voting on a set of recommendations for improving crosswalk safety in the city, but after more than 50 car-pedestrian accidents in the city already this year, crosswalk safety advocate Norm Collins has concerns.  He’ll share those at 7:15.
