TORONTO — The action is fast and furious in Brick Mansions, the last movie Paul Walker completed before he died in a fiery crash last November.
In the trailer, released Wednesday, Walker is seen fighting bad guys, jumping between buildings, wielding firearms and racing away in a Mustang.
Walker plays an undercover Detroit cop trying to take down a crime lord (played by RZA) in the movie, which was directed by Camille Delamarre, an editor on Taken 2 and Transporter 3.
Portions of Brick Mansions were shot last summer in Montreal.
Canadian actor Robert Maillet, who appears in a fight scene at the end of the trailer, reflected on working with Walker.
“He was a nice guy, very generous. He had an energy about him.”
Walker had previously worked in Montreal on the 2004 drama Noel with Penelope Cruz.
He was on a break from filming Fast & Furious 7 when he was killed.
Brick Mansions opens April 25.
