West Vancouver Police say two charges have now been laid in connection to a head-on crash that shut down the Lions Gate Bridge last December.
A sedan heading north crossed over the centre line, smashing into an oncoming SUV.

The driver of the sedan broke a number of bones, while the couple in the other vehicle was not seriously hurt.
Police allege the sedan driver was using an electronic device while driving, and that he did not pay enough attention to what was happening.
