Tweets about a possible service disruption began flowing in on Twitter Tuesday afternoon. Some users reported receiving an error message that read, “The message could not to posted to this Timeline” when attempting to post updates to the site. Global News is also experiencing trouble posting to pages.

It appears that users are still able “Like” or comment on posts.

Global News has reached out to Facebook regarding any service disruptions, but Facebook did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Status monitoring site Downrightnow.com shows that Facebook is running without any issues. Similarly, Facebook’s Developers site shows the site is in “healthy” condition.
