Kendra Slugoski
Reporter
Kendra Slugoski is the live reporter for Global News Morning and Global News at Noon.
Since joining Global Edmonton in 2005, she has worked as a general assignment reporter, court reporter (working on high profile trials such as the Michael White and Travis Vader trail, a fill-in anchor), and the Family Matters reporter/anchor.
Kendra loves being a part of the early morning news team and is honoured to share with viewers the news of the day, and the stories of the city she calls home.
As an early morning reporter, she and her camera person are often the first on the scene of breaking news. The trust viewers have shown, and share is what keeps her coming back every morning (rain, shine or 40 degrees below).
She loves the opportunity to cover local elections and history in the making — but it’s the personal stories she loves sharing most. She also can’t wait to report on the Oilers bringing home the Stanley Cup!
