Edmonton extortions: Suspects with jerry can in southeast Edmonton on Nov. 6
Surveillance video from Nov. 6, 2023 near 16 Avenue and 12 Street in the Aster neighbourhood, showing three suspects getting out of a car with a gas can and later running back to the same vehicle.
