Sikh leader who was shot and killed in the city of Surrey back in June, says he was warned by police about threats to his life, approximately two months after Nijjar was murdered. Gurmeet Singh Toor says he is one of three people in the Sikh community to have received a “duty to warn” document from law enforcement. Touria Izri reports on the growing security questions and deepening diplomatic dispute.
